Winemaking

The eastern Paso Robles meso-climate of Saunders Vineyard is the perfect environment for growing Syrah, Petite Sirah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Malbec, Merlot and Tempranillo grapes. Winemaker, Soren Christensen, carefully crafts these wines with a focus on quality and sustainability.

Legacy

Founded in 2010 by friends Jim Saunders and Steve Hearst, Hearst Ranch Winery produces premium wines from estate-grown fruit at Saunders Vineyard in eastern Paso Robles, where varieties like Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Tempranillo thrive. The Saunders and Hearst families are stewards of the land, passionate about the quality of wines crafted, and committed to sharing their rich legacy with the next generation.
